Plaza is for evidence-led, educational market discussion. Separate observed facts from your interpretation, link at least one reliable HTTPS source for every Market Note, state the time horizon, include the strongest reasonable counterargument, and correct material errors promptly. Link to original documents instead of copying protected articles or research.
Disclose interests clearly
Disclose near the claim whether you own or are short the security and whether you, your employer, or a close business relationship received payment, holds an issuer affiliation, or has another material interest. A generic biography or hidden link is not enough. If the relationship changes, update or correct the post.
No manipulation, scams, or trading instructions
Do not coordinate buying or selling, fabricate consensus, pump or dump a security, promise guaranteed or risk-free returns, create urgency, impersonate a professional or issuer, solicit money or credentials, promote unregistered offerings, share purported inside information, or give personalized instructions to buy, sell, hold, allocate, set a target, or place a stop-loss.
Protect people and privacy
No harassment, hate, threats, sexual exploitation, encouragement of self-harm, doxxing, stalking, intimidation, or attacks based on protected characteristics. Never post passwords, account numbers, government identifiers, precise locations, private communications, nonpublic financial information, or another person's personal data without lawful permission.
Keep the service authentic and lawful
Use one authentic account. Do not impersonate, plagiarize, spam, manipulate reactions, coordinate reports, evade restrictions, scrape personal data, distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, or use Plaza for illegal transactions. Satire and parody must be clear enough not to mislead a reasonable reader.
AI assistance
The Plaza drafting assistant and Draft Coach are optional. Review every generated field and suggestion; you remain responsible for the final post. AI-assisted content is labelled, and daily usage limits may apply. Do not use AI to mass-produce posts, fabricate sources, imitate people, conceal a conflict, or evade moderation. AI review can be wrong and does not verify truth.
Reports and appeals
Report content in good faith and provide specific context. Do not retaliate or weaponize reporting. Apertux limits access to reports but cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality. Reports may be shared as needed to investigate, protect safety, or comply with law. Affected users may appeal eligible decisions; an appeal is a review, not a promise of restoration.
How enforcement works
Apertux may coach, hold, label, limit, remove, or reject content and may warn, restrict, suspend, or ban accounts. Severity, context, intent, history, reach, credible off-platform evidence, and legal obligations may affect the response. Automated systems assist; authorized administrators make final decisions and record reasons. Trusted reviewers add context only and cannot enforce rules.
Verify before acting
Community opinions are not Apertux recommendations. Sources and disclosures can be incomplete or false, and popularity can create a misleading impression of consensus. Verify through original filings, issuer materials, official regulators, and qualified professionals. Never make an investment decision solely from Plaza.
